LOCATION & BUILDOUT

Above all else, Summit Coffee locations evoke a sense of hospitality and a welcoming atmosphere. We thoughtfully create remarkable moments throughout cafés, making them comfortable for customers, community-oriented, playful and fun, sustainable, and full of life!

We’ll help you find the perfect location for your Summit café. When you’re ready, you’ll work with our design team to create a vision for your local café, plan out the space, and choose finishes and furniture that make your café unique within the Summit brand.

OPERATIONAL SUPPORT

Efficient business operations means you can spend more time leading your team and being an active member of your community than on systems. By providing each of our locations with all-in-one restaurant management software, sophisticated reporting, a contactless POS (point of sale), mobile app visibility and ordering, as well as access to highly vetted vendors, we allow you to spend time where you’ll make the biggest impact - in your community and behind the bar.

A robust manager training program ensures that owners and managers are well-prepared to own everyday operations and talk about our products in a way that delights all of our customers.

TRAINING & EDUCATION

Creating a work environment that is focused on people first, staying curious, and wellbeing at work allows Summit locations to have low employee turnover and stay inspired on a daily basis.

Our ongoing education programs are available to all Summit Coffee employees, free of charge. A quarterly education calendar allows Franchise Partners, managers and baristas alike to learn more about their craft with coffee trainings and cupping opportunities, and even classes on social media, marketing, or community engagement. Rounding out the calendar, we include monthly Wellness Workshops and the Summit School of Innovation, a chance to attend longer courses, such as Positive Psychology or Leadership Training.

MARKETING & TECHNOLOGY

Your cafe is open! Getting the word out to keep new people flowing into your cafe is so important. You’ll be set up from the beginning with dedicated social media channels and a guidebook for success, and access to our email marketing platform.

You’ll be automatically listed on the Summit Coffee app, so when someone is nearby, your location will be the first to pop up!
