Discovery & Brand Review
We’ll start by getting to know you, your goals and your desire for local business ownership, as well as sharing more about the Summit Coffee vision and our process to become a Franchise Partner. You’ll get a clear picture of our business and culture, timelines, investment range, and support we give our partners.
Discovery Day
You’ll be invited to our immersive Discovery Day. You’ll get to visit our Roastery, meet our leadership team to answer all of your questions, and get a hands-on look at a day in the life of a Summit cafe.
Request for Consideration
Once we have thoroughly shared about our franchising process and you are excited to open your Summit Coffee cafe, we will issue a Request for Consideration. In this confidential document, you’ll demonstrate your financial qualification and start understanding our mutual obligations throughout the rest of the process.
Funding & Community Selection
Our team will help connect you with resources for small business funding and the options available for you. We will also ensure that we mutually agree on the perfect community for your future cafe, and begin working together on a site selection and real estate process.
Franchise Disclosure Document
Summit Coffee will provide you with a copy of our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD). This comprehensive overview includes information about our company background, a detailed breakdown of your total investment, average cafe volume, company financials, and our Franchise Agreement.
Review & Validation
As you continue to review our Franchise Disclosure Document and get all of your questions answered, our team will make our final decisions on if we feel you are the right fit to become a Summit Coffee Franchise Partner and award you a franchise!
